Although Gulf Shores, Alabama’s population is somewhat small, since 2000 it has experience the second fastest population growth in the entire state of Alabama. If you want to get yourself a spot in this beautiful seaside resort city, it would be wise to do so now before it gets to crowded.
Gulf Shores is one of two beach cities that is fully devoted to beachfront hotels, condos, vacation houses and a tourism based economy. Because of its prime location on the Gulf, it offers relaxation and leisure to its inhabitants. The historical Fort Morgan which was the site for the Civil War Battle of Mobile Bay is just around the corner for exploration. Whether you plan on moving there for relaxation or climate, you are sure to find Gulf Shores a little piece of paradise.
